Established in July 2012: Shenzhen Luqi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (sales research and development, VR, AR, development)

Established in December 2018: Shenzhen Newland Electronics Co., Ltd. (leather, fabric, development, trade)

Established in September 2019: Dongguan Luqi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (R&D and sales center, development of packaging, ear and leather covers, etc.)
